Additionally, it has two complete bathrooms with shower trays, functional and modern, perfect for sharing spaces with family or friends.
The first floor houses a spacious and bright living-dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, complete kitchenware, etc.). From here you can access a terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the impressive mountain views, relaxing in the sun or dining outdoors.
The exterior of the house is one of its great attractions: a large landscaped terrace surrounded by native vegetation provides privacy and natural freshness. The area features a pergola with table and chairs, barbecue, cocktail bar, and a private swimming pool with sun loungers, creating a perfect atmosphere for resting and enjoying the good weather of the Costa del Sol.
Despite being surrounded by nature and tranquillity, Villa Jina is only 15 minutes' drive from Torrox Costa beaches and about 20 minutes from the famous coves and beaches of Nerja, such as Burriana or Calahonda. This excellent location allows you to combine the peace of the rural setting with the possibility of easily enjoying the sea, water activities and walks along the Mediterranean.
