Villa Riva is a new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached holiday villa located on the golf courses of the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort.
Villa Riva has fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa was recently built and is attractively and high-quality furnished with spacious rooms filled with natural light.
From the moment you enter Villa Riva you will be embraced by its luxurious quality. The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and all rooms have an air conditioning system. The living room and kitchen form an open-plan living space with large windows and sliding doors that let in maximum light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all desirable modern appliances and has drinkable tap water. Both the kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and have access to the private heated saltwater pool and landscaped garden. This level also includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet.
Upstairs are three more bedrooms, all with large balconies and beautiful views of the golf course and the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, while the two other double bedrooms share a bathroom.
All four bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions offering international TV channels and Wi-Fi. Villa Riva also boasts approximately 100 m² of outdoor terrace space with a barbecue and plenty of cozy seating. The outdoor dining area comfortably seats up to 12 people.
You’ll enjoy the beautifully maintained garden and the saltwater swimming pool (8x4 meters), which can be heated during the cooler months. A table tennis table is also available. There is ample parking space on the private driveway for several cars.
