The villa is located in an elevated position within the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort, so is the ideal holiday property for the keen golfer. In fact, the property is directly next to the 15th hole of the golf course.

Here in this location you can also enjoy excellent road access and transport links, and it is just 10 minutes away from Marbella and 30 minutes from the airport. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby. The local beach is less than a 5-minute drive where you will find the famous Trocadero Beach Club.

The urbanisation is gated and secure and the villa has an alarm and phone entry system. There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus ample street parking.

Due to its privileged position, this property boasts fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy picture perfect views of the Mediterranean Sea, as well as golf views with the iconic La Concha Mountain backdrop. It is located within 2 minutes drive to the nearest Aldi supermarket, 5 minutes drive to the beach, 10 minutes drive to Marbella.

You can find the fourth bedroom on this level as well as a guest bathroom with shower.

The outside area has ample open and covered terrace space, Jacuzzi and BBQ area with lots of seating and another large area for dining al fresco. You will enjoy the gorgeous landscaped garden with a beautiful pool, which can be heated in the colder months.

Villa Riva is a new luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached holiday villa located on the golf courses of the prestigious Santa Clara golf resort.

Villa Riva has fantastic panoramic views of the coast where you can enjoy a perfect view of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa was recently built and is attractively and high-quality furnished with spacious rooms filled with natural light.

From the moment you enter Villa Riva you will be embraced by its luxurious quality. The villa has underfloor heating for the winter months and all rooms have an air conditioning system. The living room and kitchen form an open-plan living space with large windows and sliding doors that let in maximum light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all desirable modern appliances and has drinkable tap water. Both the kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and have access to the private heated saltwater pool and landscaped garden. This level also includes a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms, all with large balconies and beautiful views of the golf course and the sea. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, while the two other double bedrooms share a bathroom.

All four bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions offering international TV channels and Wi-Fi. Villa Riva also boasts approximately 100 m² of outdoor terrace space with a barbecue and plenty of cozy seating. The outdoor dining area comfortably seats up to 12 people.

You’ll enjoy the beautifully maintained garden and the saltwater swimming pool (8x4 meters), which can be heated during the cooler months. A table tennis table is also available. There is ample parking space on the private driveway for several cars.

Just minutes away from Marbella Golf and Rio Real Golf Marbella, Villa Riva is the perfect holiday home for golf lovers. The detached house is located right next to the 15th hole of the Santa Clara golf course and only a 4-minute drive from the beach.

You can drive to Marbella town in 10 minutes, to Malaga Airport in 30 minutes, and to Puerto Banús in 15 minutes. There are many beautiful sandy beaches nearby.

The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes away by car, where you’ll find famous beach clubs like Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma and Trocadero Arena. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also just 5 minutes away (tennis, padel and gym).

The urbanisation (24 detached houses) is gated and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security. The villa has its own alarm system and is connected to the security service of the complex.
