This newly renovated villa is built to the highest standard. When entering this remarkable villa you will appreciate the quality that just oozes through the property.
The villa has four double size bedrooms and one family bedroom with two separate beds. It is located just four hundred meters from the famous Los Naranjos Golf Club, and nine hundred meters from La Quinta Golf Club. It has four bathrooms and separate guest w.c. The Villais just two kilometers from the marina and beaches of Puerto Banus.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people.
There are fantastic relaxing areas both inside and outside. There is a large lounge and dining area on the ground floor, which also houses the thoroughly modern kitchen with all the expected modern appliances. Downstairs has the bar area and access to the pool and games area, which has the large Jacuzzi. The pool can be heated if required in spring or autumn. Outside offers both dining and relaxation areas. The owners have put a small putting green, so all of the golf enthusiasts can practice their putting, you can also play table tennis and there is boules pitch, so lots to keep everybody busy.
All the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space; the master enjoys a walk in dressing room.
This is the perfect villa for a great family vacation in probably one of the most popular locations, certainly in Spain and quite possible the whole of Europe!
For those who love to walk you can get to both Puerto Banus and Marbella from the Paseo along the Golden Mile. Once there you can visit The Old Town, which is the city centre, it’s full of history and charm, this part of the city cannot be missed. Another must see is the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs. You will find many reasons to come back again and again, the little bars and shops, the ancient roman wall , the narrow cobbled streets and colourful balconies and of course the locals, really friendly and open people.
The villa is located a short distance from the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short distance. Puerto Banus is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the Costa del Sol, cinemas and shopping centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
This fantastic villa is in the perfect position to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain, or just relax and enjoy the fantastic micro climate!! The historic towns of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada, Seville, Cadiz and Gibraltar can be seen on day trips, although an overnight stay is recommended in Seville and Cadiz.
SIERRA NEVADA is a fantastic holiday experience for the whole family!! The ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness. Sierra Nevada is just a two hour drive from Marbella. You can drive there and back in one day. Sierra Nevada normally closes the first weekend in May.

The impressive entrance of the villa with elevated ceiling 6 meters above ground level has a guest toilet and gives access to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are on ground floor level.
The tremendous sized and more than well equipped kitchen with dining table has a warm atmosphere. The centre isle gives possibility of joining the chef whilst preparing dinner.
From the kitchen there is direct access to both the patio towards north and the partly covered terrace towards south. The terrace towards south has a sofa group complemented with fine views to the Mediterranean. The terrace, garden & pool area provide a dining table, large gas BBQ. The well maintained garden is orientated directly south and consequently has sun throughout the entire day.
The terrace is partly covered with sofa group. There are sufficient sun lounges and various slumber lounges.

Frontline Beach Costabella is a beautiful 6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Contemporary villa located right on the beach at Costabella, East Marbella and only a 10 minute drive to the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Beautiful large open plan kitchen and bright living & dining areas with huge windows that open onto the terrace, heated pool from where you can also walk straight onto the beach.
On the ground floor level you have 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The master en-suite bedroom and two further bedrooms sharing one bathroom are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have private terraces.
At the basement level there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The villa has newest technology, which includes: Sonos music system, advanced alarm system with both inside and outside alarms, central air conditioning and floor heating in every room, TV in all rooms with international and Spanish channels.

Sengene var meget hårde - flere af gæsterne fik ondt i ryggen. Poolen var ikke opvarmet de første par dage, selvom det bestilt og betalt for. Vi fik dog kompensation for dette. Brødristeren virkede ikke men fik leveret en ny ret hurtigt. Kunne godt hsee more

Brødristeren virkede ikke men fik leveret en ny ret hurtigt. Kunne godt have brugt at køkkenet var udstyret med en køkkenmaskine og en hvidløgspresser. Porten havde vi problemer med at få til at virke og Robert var ikke til at få fat i. Vi kommunikerede til gengæld med en super venlig dame som gjorde hvad hun kunne for at hjælpe os. Vi oplevede flere gange at strømmen gik og det var hver gang vi forsøgte at tænde terrassevarmeren. Derudover gik strømmen også et par gange når der var gang i både jacuzzi, lys og vaskemaskinens på en gang. Den sidste ting er at vi synes det var misvisende at der står at villaen ligger 2 km fra marinaen og strand - der er minimum 4,5 km og det er en stor forskel.
