As you enter through the stunning old wooden door, you're greeted by a staircase on the right that leads to the first floor, where you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a large balcony with ample seating space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is also a kids' bedroom with two single beds, next to a bedroom with a one person bed; these two share a bathroom. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
On the ground floor, to the right of the staircase, is the only ground-floor bedroom, which boasts a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The ground floor also includes a spacious living room with two sofas and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for lounging and entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area and a fully equipped, beautiful blue kitchen, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. From the dining area, you can walk straight out to the covered terrace, which features a cozy sofa for relaxation and a dining table with a barbecue for outdoor meals.
The expansive garden includes a large pool with three sunbeds, offering space for four people, as well as an outdoor sofa and two smaller beanbags. This villa in Los Monteros is the epitome of Andalusian charm, offering comfort, elegance, and an unbeatable location.

The one level villa has 4 bedrooms but with a capacity of 10 sleeps. 3 Bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 bunkbeds .
The villa was constructed in the 70-s however the owner has kept the property very well maintained. The garden is really beautiful.
The private pool area is located directly south so sunshine from morning to evening can be enjoyed. There are sunbeds at the property. Directly next to the pool there is a covered terrace for those who want to cool down on the lounge sofa or dining table.

The direct area of the villa is quiet and family friendly. Within a 3 minute drive you have small shops, bars, variety of restaurants and bars as well as a grand supermarket and late night superstore. Also close to world famous beach club Nikki Beach Marbella.
For sport acrobatics you find Aventura Amazonia in the near area, where you can swing between trees and concurring a vertical climbing wall…..Good luck!!

The nearest grand shopping centre and Marbella city centre is 10 minutes by car.
Marbella is famous for its historical features including the famous Salvador Dali sculptures which are set up amidst beautiful fountains near the lovely sandy beaches. There are wonderful shops, restaurants and bars, and also an old typical Spanish square called "Plaza de las Naranjos". Like other towns in the region, Marbella hosts many festivals all year round.
