You will enjoy Marbella with its dramatic mountain range backdrop or Gibraltar and Africa in the distance on a clear day and last but not least an imposing picture of nature and tranquillity... the Mediterranean Sea.
On the roof top terrace there is a grand lounge, a bar and an outdoor Jacuzzi.
The villa is perfect for guest with less mobility as the elevator can bring you from the basement to the top terrace.
It comprises a 3 level contemporary style building with an open environmental living with fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor as well as 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom
The second floor provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are directly south facing and all bedrooms have access to a terrace on which you can enjoy your early morning coffee complemented with the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.
In the basement area there are 2 bedrooms and a spa area with Jacuzzi, Turkish steam bath and shower.
The outdoor area has a pool of 6*3,5 m. The dining table can seat 12 persons and a large gas BBQ is provided. There are plenty of sun lounges on the terrace deck. The protected dunes towards the beach give you a natural ‘fence’ for privacy.
Heated pool during period 1 October – 31 May at an extra charge of Euro 500.
In the direct area you find a supermarket, some restaurants, a bakery, a pay & play paddle/tennis court, a beauty salon & hairdresser and a playground for small children. Along the beach, both towards west and east you find a variety of restaurants, beach clubs and typical Spanish chiringuitos.
Marbella Golf & Country club and Santa Clara Golf are within a distance of 2 km.

The impressive entrance of the villa with elevated ceiling 6 meters above ground level has a guest toilet and gives access to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. The other 2 bedrooms are on ground floor level.
The tremendous sized and more than well equipped kitchen with dining table has a warm atmosphere. The centre isle gives possibility of joining the chef whilst preparing dinner.
From the kitchen there is direct access to both the patio towards north and the partly covered terrace towards south. The terrace towards south has a sofa group complemented with fine views to the Mediterranean. The terrace, garden & pool area provide a dining table, large gas BBQ. The well maintained garden is orientated directly south and consequently has sun throughout the entire day.
The terrace is partly covered with sofa group. There are sufficient sun lounges and various slumber lounges.
The property is secured with indoor and outdoor alarm.
The cosy decorated living has 2 areas; one for lounging the other for gaming. Also from the living you have access to the covered terrace and garden & pool.

Frontline Beach Costabella is a beautiful 6 Bedroom 4 Bathroom Contemporary villa located right on the beach at Costabella, East Marbella and only a 10 minute drive to the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus.
Beautiful large open plan kitchen and bright living & dining areas with huge windows that open onto the terrace, heated pool from where you can also walk straight onto the beach.
On the ground floor level you have 1 bedroom and a bathroom. The master en-suite bedroom and two further bedrooms sharing one bathroom are located on the first floor. All bedrooms have private terraces.
At the basement level there are two more bedrooms that share a bathroom.
