Welcome to an exquisite residence with a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa in the suburb of El Rosario, a short distance from the sandy beaches of Marbella, known as Playa Alicate. With stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, this residence is a sanctuary of elegance and tranquility, just 7 km from the historic charm of Marbella's old town.
The villa's design consists of two distinct areas.
1. The upper section includes:
An open kitchen and living space that emanates a wonderful and welcoming style that perfectly blends modern aesthetics with comfort, and a bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
From the living room and the villa's entrance, direct access leads to the outdoor dining area. Here, the impeccable sea views serve as the backdrop for every meal, creating a perfect environment for entertainment or enjoying a peaceful evening with the sound of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen features the latest culinary technology, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and a practical wine cooler for those moments of relaxation.
A washing machine and dryer are a hidden feature in the kitchen.
Descending one level, the master bedroom awaits, with a private terrace and a private bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, along with double vanities and a toilet. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a separate bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
2. Independent guest area
The guest apartment, which can function as a self-contained vacation unit, for example, for the younger members of the family, consists of two bedrooms.
One bedroom is complemented by its own bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
The second bathroom has a shower and sink.
From the guest apartment, you have direct access to the paradise next to the pool.
The outdoor space features a jacuzzi and a sparkling pool paved with modern-style tiles and high-quality sun loungers, creating a private oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool area faces south, so it receives sun from dawn to dusk.
Overall, this residence will be an excellent setting to complement your well-deserved vacation.
The El Rosario suburb is a family-friendly residential area with basic amenities such as restaurants, a bakery, a café, a supermarket, a beauty salon, a hairdresser, tennis and paddle courts, a fitness studio and a children's playground.

The one level villa has 4 bedrooms but with a capacity of 10 sleeps. 3 Bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 2 bunkbeds .
The villa was constructed in the 70-s however the owner has kept the property very well maintained. The garden is really beautiful.
The private pool area is located directly south so sunshine from morning to evening can be enjoyed. There are sunbeds at the property. Directly next to the pool there is a covered terrace for those who want to cool down on the lounge sofa or dining table.

For sport acrobatics you find Aventura Amazonia in the near area, where you can swing between trees and concurring a vertical climbing wall…..Good luck!!
This is truly a great family holiday home at an affordable price.
The nearest grand shopping centre and Marbella city centre is 10 minutes by car.
Marbella is famous for its historical features including the famous Salvador Dali sculptures which are set up amidst beautiful fountains near the lovely sandy beaches. There are wonderful shops, restaurants and bars, and also an old typical Spanish square called "Plaza de las Naranjos". Like other towns in the region, Marbella hosts many festivals all year round.

Stunning, newly refurbished, luxury villa in El Rosario, Marbella with a capacity for 10 people.
This beautiful house boasts an impressive 450m2 of internal space, with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. One bedroom has an en-suite and the third bedroom is accessed by the second room and they both share a bathroom. A perfect set up for kids and teens or a family with younger children that want to be close.
The master bedroom and 4th bedroom can be found on the upper level and boast incredible views and a wrap around terrace. Both the upper rooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a corner jacuzzi bath.
From the living area you enter the large covered terrace through two large sliding doors. The ceiling fans on the terrace and in the living room provide a nice breeze that is just perfect during the hot summer weeks. A 65" Samsung TV with plenty of international channels is set in the lounge area of the salón.
If you love to cook, you will love the open plan fully equipped kitchen. All appliances are from Bosch and there is even a winery set under the kitchen island with a drinking water tap from Quooker. The large fridge and separate freezer and the BORA hob make this kitchen a joy for everyone who likes to cook, while enjoying good music from the SONOS music speakers also present on this level.
Villa Valle de Flores has a large 10×5 meter private (heated) swimming pool set at the entrance and living level of the property.
It boasts a lovely major garden with plenty of palm trees and grass areas to lay down and enjoy the sounds of birds and the sea breeze. A key feature is the outdoor BBQ and bar area, which everyone loves. Enjoying good music and drinks, while the fish and meat are made on the carbon BBQ. It’s a magical place.
Set just above the outside bar is a breakfast terrace which enjoys open views to the Mediterranean Sea. Sea and mountain views can be seen from several areas in the property, but the most spectacular view is from bedroom 2 on the first floor. This room shares (if wanted) a large terrace where a Gin Tonic or glass of wine can be enjoyed while watching the sunset.
Villa Valle de Flores has been modernized to the latest standards. It is the perfect accommodation for a large group of people who want to enjoy a luxurious holiday on the Costa del Sol.
The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood close to a shopping area & restaurants. This includes Carrefour supermarket, breakfast and lunch restaurants, a laundry shop, hairdresser & rental car company.
El Rosario Royal Tennis Club is also nearby with gym, paddle, tennis courts, restaurant and large swimming pool. A pharmacy and a supermarket with exotic products can also be found here. All at just 2 minutes from the villa and 10 minutes walk.
Families and couples are welcome, we provide excellent services to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
