Description
This villa is one of a kind and is located in a quiet urbanization very close to the beach. It has 6 bedrooms, of which one bedroom is an independent guest area connected to the villa.
Of the 6 bedrooms 4 of these are equipped with an ensuite bathroom and 1 bathroom to share.
The outdoor entrance area has the typical Andalucian handcrafted pebble stone decoration.
The decorating skills of the owner have made the entire property to a high end and wonderful holiday home.
Entering the villa through a wooden door of ancient times the villa presents itself with high ceilings The spacious corridor gives access to a guest toilet, the living, indoor dining, kitchen and 4 bedrooms the ground floor. The 5th (master bedroom) and 6th bedroom are situated the first floor.
The spacious living gives access to large covered terrace with a fantastic exterior atmosphere. The pictures speak for itself. The outdoor dining area for 12 persons is complemented with a large BBQ and a cosy lounge area sets the perfect frame for evening quality time.
The lush garden area is facing south west with a large pool and pool house with sofa arrangement and 6 sunbeds.
Next to the living is an ensuite indoor dining area, with direct access to the terrace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast corner.
The ground floor provides 8 sleeps:
Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom with double sink, bathtub and toilet. Has its own little exit towards north west.
Bedroom 2 shares bathroom with bedroom 3. The bathroom has a double sink, bathtub and toilet. These bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool area.
Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have in total 6 single beds.
Bedroom 4 (guest part) with double bed and bathroom ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.
The first floor provides 4 sleeps:
Master bedroom 5th bedroom and Bedroom 6 with shared bathroom with, bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet and double sink.
From the Master bedroom there is direct access to a spacious terrace with peak to the Mediteranean Sea. It has a lounge area and 2 sun lounges.

Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 6 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbour of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants is presented.
Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

No possibility for extra sleeps.
Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.
Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person. A minimum of 6 sets is required. Ask the office.

La Mansion is an outstanding 6 bedroom 4 bathroom villa located in the heart of Elviria, Marbella.
