Description
The villa offers luxury accommodation for up to sixteen guests, this includes a daytime maid service. A private chef can be supplied, if required, the cost is not included.
Villa Royal Roman Empire offer fantastic facilities for special events, such as cocktail parties, corporate meetings, wedding and honeymoons. There are various ding areas, both formal and informal, on luxurious terraces which have been ideally furnished for both siesta time and al-fresco dining.
There are ten rooms which include:
Two presidential suites, with both dressing and sitting rooms, private bathrooms, opening onto luxurious terraces with breath-taking views. There are two further double bedrooms upstairs that share a bathroom and two deluxe double bedrooms downstairs that also share a bathroom. The spacious Emperador Indian marble bathrooms all have Jacuzzi baths included, designed by Versace and feature unique accessories of twenty four carat gold.
There is a media room with a home entertainment centre, DVD player and satellite plasma T.V system. Complimentary Wi –FI access is available.

The deluxe rooms are equipped with T.V and DVD players. Each deluxe room has been individually decorated by top designers. Villa Royal Roman Empire is equipped with its own luxurious accessories typicall found in five star boutique hotels, including the finest embroidered linens, bathrobes and porcelain.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and can also be heated in winter. There is twenty four hour security through the alarm system. There is a private safe. There is parking in two covered garages and an open garage for ten vehicles.
The Grounds. Rich Tropical luxurious vegetation surrounds the pool & Jacuzzi area, which benefits from splendid lighting at night. There is a large open dining area with summer kitchen and BBQ, the whole area is approximately 4000 m2, facing south/south west with breath-taking views. The villa has been designed so that it has total privacy as it is secluded and has three automatic gates and the villa is well known for being child friendly.
Golfers only have to travel a few kilometres to enjoy some of the best courses in Spain. Almost on the doorstep are the courses of Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha. The fabulous Villa Padierna is nearby where you can play on one of the three golf courses of Flamingos, Alferini and Tramores, there is also the Villa Padierna Michael Campbell Golf Academy. Flamingos Golf has hosted prestigious tournaments such as the European Seniors Championship in 2002, 2003, 2004 and in the year 2010 the Spanish Women’s Open.
Marbella and Puerto Banus are all only a few minutes’ drive away. Puerto Banus, playground for the rich and famous, is where you will see the beautiful yachts, some of the world’s most luxurious cars and fabulous designer boutiques. You can enjoy international cuisine and relax in one of the several fashionable bars, it is where you can find the most exclusive shops and restaurants on the costa del sol, cinemas and shopping -centres like El Corte Ingles or Marina Banus.
Just a short walk from the marina is the bull-ring of Puerto Banus and Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The Marbella Casino and the beach are also only a short walk away.
Marbella Old Town, in the city centre, is full of history and charm and should not be missed, this is where you will find the famous Orange Square. Both Marbella & Puerto Banus offer everything in the way of bars, restaurants and night clubs.
