From this 70m2 terrace area a staircase of 10 steps down guides you to the pool area with big pool of 11 * 3.75 m with depth from 0.50 to 2.50 m. There are 10 sun lounges available at the property.
The kitchen has a build in coffee machine and American fridge/freezer and all necessary equipment. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is located alongside the kitchen.
The first floor of the villa comprises all 4 bedrooms and a ‘gaming’ area.
