The apartment offers 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom with a shower, and a separate guest toilet. It’s situated on the first floor of a low-rise complex, with a sunny 20 m² terrace facing southeast and offering a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening meals outdoors.
The apartment complex consists of two floors, and this unit is situated on the first floor. Access to the property is via a staircase from street level.
The urbanization is lush, green, and beautifully maintained, with a tropical feel. At the north and southside of the complex are 2 pool areas suitable for all ages, surrounded by sun loungers and plenty of space to relax. The smaller sized pool is open all year round. The larger pool area will be open during months July & August.
From the community garden, there’s direct access to the beach area — simply cross a small local road, and you’re just a minute away from the sea, where you can enjoy water sports such as jet skiing, paddleboarding, and more.
Families will also appreciate the children’s playground located just across the street.

I felt the kitchen needed some more oven dishes as struggled to make casseroles. Also we never used the barbecue as it was very poor needs decent barbecue area .

Good clean apartment with all amenities inside. Shops are 20 minute walk away /€6-8. Beach walking distance and was very clean. Apartment pool very deep - has shallow pool for little kids but is not that good for new swimmers as even I couldn't standsee more

We bought inflatables and woggle for 5 year old as he can swim but that was far too deep for him with no inflated aid. Rental agency were excellent and the information pack also great. There's parking all around but it's busy during weekend and beach hours so arrive after 4non weekend to catch parking which is my plan if I go again. The appartment only had 1 English Chanel on tv - Disney which the kids coped with for the short duration but I think some more universal channels would have been better as there were some rainy days and days when we just rested in the accodation before heading out. Probably bring DVDslaptop and scart to link to Netflix. The wifi worked great so this was one bonus we could all use phones to search for things to do and restaurants. Beds super clean and no issues with quality of sleep. Air con worked great when needed.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est extrêmement bien placé, tout prêt d'une belle plage et à proximité de supermarchés. La résidence avec ses 2 piscines est très agreable.
