The master bedroom also leads to the garden and has a super-king size bed and ensuite bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a second full bathroom. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

Golfers are surrounded by three exclusive golf courses, Atalaya Golf, El Paraiso and Monte Mayor in the area 10 other courses within a 10 minute drive, ractically on their doorstep. Beach lovers have only a 10 minutes short drive to be able to take a dip in the Mediterranean.
The cosmopolitan port of Puerto Banus (6 km), with its designer stores and upmarket bars and restaurants is 10 minutes away. 3 km to the beach.
There is a commercial centre with a large supermarket, bars and restaurants just over a kilometre away, and the beautiful village of Benahavis, famous for its fantastic choice of restaurants only a few kilometres into the hills.
